Cancellation Policy

Pickup time selected = your scheduled pickup time. Please have all laundry bags ready outside the provided address. Turnaround times vary by service—please review your selected service for details. Delivery will occur at the same time as pickup after your turnaround window. Delicate Items: Maximum 10 lbs per order. Items exceeding this limit will be charged $1.30/lb.
